We built Structiva because we needed a unified business operations platform and it didn’t exist
Running a growing team means managing more tools than should be necessary — a workflow tool here, a CMS there, a spreadsheet bridging them together. We kept asking: why doesn’t one platform handle all of this? When the answer never came, we decided to build it.
Our Mission
Structiva’s mission is to give growing teams a single, connected platform for their business operations, their customer-facing website, and their custom data applications — so they can focus on the work that matters, not the tools that support it.
We believe the current tool landscape has overcorrected toward specialization. There is a best-in-class tool for every task, but no platform for the team as a whole. The result is integration overhead, data silos, and an ever-growing subscription bill.
Structiva is our answer to that problem. We are building a unified business operations platform where your workflows, your customer-facing site, and your data applications all live in one place — sharing a single data layer, connected by default rather than patched together with APIs.
Our Vision
We envision a future where a 20-person company can operate with the same clarity and process maturity as a 200-person company — without a dedicated ops team or a large engineering budget.
That means a platform where:
- Your approval workflows trigger updates to your customer-facing pages automatically.
- A form submission creates a record, assigns a task, and updates a dashboard without a single line of glue code.
- A new team member can be onboarded to your entire operational setup in hours, not weeks.
- Your business data is a first-class citizen in every tool you use — because they all share the same source.
We are not there yet. But we are building toward it, one deliberately designed feature at a time.
How Structiva Started
The team behind Structiva spent years working inside growing companies and with clients who faced the same problem: the tools they used to run their business were disconnected from the tools they used to communicate with their customers and from the data they needed to make decisions.
Every time we tried to solve it — connecting a CRM to a CMS, wiring a form builder to a spreadsheet database, building a lightweight internal dashboard — the solution was fragile, expensive to maintain, and brittle at scale.
We started exploring what a purpose-built, unified platform would look like. Not a bundle of features thrown together, but a single product designed from the ground up with operations, publishing, and data as interconnected first principles.
Structiva is that product. We are building it in public, which means the people who join our waitlist are not just waiting — they are shaping what we build. Join us.
The principles we’re building on
Simplicity is earned, not assumed
Making something simple is harder than making it complex. Every feature we ship should reduce the cognitive load on the people using it, not add to it.
Connected by default
Data should not require integration work to be useful across contexts. If your business data exists in Structiva, it should be available everywhere it’s needed without extra effort.
Built for operators, not just developers
The people who run daily business operations rarely have a technical background. Our design standard is: if it requires help from a developer, it is not finished yet.
Honest about what we are building
We are pre-launch. We do not claim to have something we haven’t built yet. Everything on this site describes planned features, and we commit to being transparent about progress.
Be part of what we’re building
We are accepting waitlist signups and feature requests. Your input directly shapes the platform. Founding members get early access and preferential pricing at launch.
